I am looking for information on the Edward Randolph family of Seneca
Falls, NY. Edward married Elizabeth Bachman and had several children.
One daughter in particular, Roselatha Randlph born 1840's and died in
NY City in 1922. Mrs. H.J. Arne, Rose's sister was undertaker. Rose
married Robert C. Daly on 3-19-1860. They had one son named Richard
R. Daly born 7-7-1866 who was a Surgeon in WWI and lived in Atlanta,
GA. Edward and Elizabeth are both buried in Restvale Cemetary in
Seneca Falls along with a daughter named Celstina. Any information is

Her brother Jacob Reamer lived inSeneca Co. and she must have lived with him

Christiana were in Kalamazoo Co, Comstock Twp. in 1870. They had two sons,
John H. age 17, b. in NY and Noah age 11 b. in MI. Christiana's father was
George Reamer. Christiana's siblings were Philip, John, Sarah, Jacob,

Joseph Co, IN. Henry was b. Cumberland Co. (now Perry Co) PA 26 Oct 1818 and

census. In 1830, THOMAS seems to have left and WELLS is recorded both

I am looking for information on Isaac Rogers b. abt. 1805 died August 13, 1840. He is reported as having lived in Junius in his father's will. His wife's name was Eliza Thorn. I do not know her dates. Isaac is buried in the Old Quaker Cemetery on Marengo Road in Wayne County. I believe they had at least two children: Julia Ett Rogers born December 30, 1833 died November 19, 1862. She married Levi Lundy. and William H. Rogers, born August 13, 1835. He married Susan? Falls. George Patrick Sanderson and his daughter, Cornelia (age 1) were killed in

John Roelof Sebring, born 1773, moved to Ovid about 1802. His wife was
Maria Drake. His oldest son, Roelof Sebring, was born in Ovid in May of
1813. The family later moved to Greece, Monroe County, and then to Yates,
Orleans County. John Roelof died in 1820 in Yates.
Roelof Sebring married Sarah Jane Austin in 1834, location unknown. If
anybody has info on this family, particularly the time spent in Ovid, I
would be happy to share what I have with them.

Seeking information on the SEYBOLD family of Austria who came to live in
Waterloo, NY. John George SEYBOLD (b. abt 1825) m. Tabetha and lived in
Austria; later naturalized in Seneca County in 1859. They had two boys
(and perhaps more) Reynold and John.
Reynold SEYBOLD (1851-1900) m. Louisa TUCH (1856-1940) and lived in
Waterloo, NY. They had two children. He was found murdered on January
20, 1900!
John SEYBOLD is said to have been the "founder" of Miami, FL and a
well-known builder there.

I am looking for members of the Sherwood family that supposedly lived in
Lodi, Seneca County. A Henry Sherwood born October 18, 1810 in Delhi,
Delaware County, NY, died August 19, 1886 in Lodi and was buried in the
Lodi Cemetery Also a Filetta Sherwood, born 1813 in Delhi, Delaware County;
died March 26, 1874 and buried in West Lodi Cemetery, Seneca County. I can
find nothing in the Seneca County Cemeteries. Filetta would have been a sister
of Henry and may have married although I have no indication of that.
I cannot verify that this information is completely accurate as it was
given to me by a member of the Noah Schuyler Sherwood [who apparently did not
live in Seneca County] family some years ago.
I am a great granddaughter of Harrison J.M. Sherwood who lived in the
Trumansburg, NY, Tompkins County, area and died there.
Would appreciate any information as to whether there were Sherwoods with
those names living in Lodi around 1874-1886.

Researching: Philander SHIRLEY born about 1803 and died6 Dec 1862 and is buried
at Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo, New York and his wife Eve (Effie) ROSE
SHIRLEY born about 1806 and died 6 Feb 1862. Moved to Seneca County about 1830
Philander's father maybe Alexander SHIRLEY who appears on the 1820 Phelps,
Ontario County, census.
Eve's parents are James and Elizabeth ROSE who appear on the 1820 Phelps, Ontario
County, census.
Philander and Eve inherited property in Phelps from her father. The sold the
property 7 October 1834 and next appear on the 1840 Seneca County census.
Philander and Eve had the following children: Philander Jr., Florinda, Alexander,
Franklin, John, Silas, Andrew Jackson, James, Louisa, Henry, Mary Jane and Ella.

Joseph SMITH was my gggrandfather. I think he was born about 1788 in
Somerset Co, NJ. In 1823 he lived in Covert and married Rosannah COVERT COLE
who was the widow of Alva COLE. They had at least one son, my ggrandfather
Oscar Gregory SMITH Sr. in 1832. It was not much later that Joseph died and
Rosannah went on to marry Thomas PARISH. Oscar Sr. married Laura VAN ARSDALE
in Seneca Falls and had Rhoda, Norwood, Winnie, Martha, Emma, Oscar and
Mabel. There was also a baby Laura who did not survive. I have no
information about Joseph's parents, where he was from or if they had any
other children. I would appreciate any help there.

Maple Grove Cemetery with his daughter Marinda and son-in law Oliver D.

August TUCH (1821-1888) was born in Germany and came to Waterloo, NY in
1872 with his wife Louisa NATTRODT (abt 1825-1869). They had 5 boys and one
girl: Louise, Paul, August, Edward, Louis and Rudolph. Their daughter, Louise
TUCH married Reynold SEYBOLD and lived in Waterloo, NY, where Reynold
Seybold was later found murdered in 1900.
I have a copy of the TUCH family tree (in German) from the late 1500's -
1800's that I would love to share with anyone researching this surname.

I'm looking for the parents of Enos Tooker/Tucker, b. May 1767 in Orange
Cty, NY, died 22 Apr 1842 in Canoga, Seneca Co, NY. He married Sarah
(Sally) Huff in 1791 and had children Eliphalet Smith Tooker, Nathaniel
DuBois Tooker, Jerusha Jane, John B, John Huff, Ann Eliza, Mary B, and
Sarah Huff Tooker. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated!

Looking for a Celestia C. Tunison who may of been born or from SenecaCounty, NY. Celestia was. b. ca 1850 in NY. By 1868, Celestia's family
moved to Michigan, as I have a marriage record for Celestia to Henry
Harrison Frayer. They were m. 24 Dec. 1868 in Adrian, Lenewee County, MI.
From Celestia's marriage record, it states Celestia was b. in NY. On
Henry and Celestia's marriage record is a Geo. P. Tunison as a witnessed.
Could this be Celestia's father? On a death certificate for one of Henry
and Celestia's sons, June Frayer, it states his mothers name was Letta
Tunison. Letta must of been Celestia's nick name. On June's application
for a Social Security, June states his mothers name was Hetty Tunison,
perhaps another nickname??
Any help in finding Celestia's parents, siblings would be greatly
appreciated.

census l830? Seekig info on Gardner family.
Mary died in Pa. Nathanmarried her sister

Looking for Roliph Updike who moved to Seneca County, Ulysses area, about
1801. Also Daniel Richey. Both from New Jersey. Roliph's daughter Eleanor
Updike married Daniel's son John Richey, probably in NJ. Both are buried in
Ulysses. Roliph died in 1830 and may be buried in Seneca County. Anybody?
